Our pricing is available on our website and is subject to change. You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable.
You acknowledge that all apps must comply with the respective app store's policies and guidelines. We are not responsible for app rejections or removals due to policy violations. You are solely responsible for ensuring your app's content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
You retain all rights to your app and its content. By using our Service, you grant us the necessary rights to submit and manage your app on your behalf in the app stores.
In no event shall GB Development Services, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless GB Development Services and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
